Presently "User Lock Days", restricts new document entry and old document modification beyond a certain no of days in past from the current system date. This causes severe impact when user has to give permission saving entry in previous accounting year.
Suppose user lock days specified is 10 for a user, current system date is 10-AUG-2015, so system will not allow this user to modify or create any document before 01-AUG-2015. Now if some modification or entry requirement came from audit for previous accounting year then this user cannot perform. To allow that, administrator need to change the "User Lock Days" value to 130. Now that user can change or create entry in last week of March-2015 (previous financial year) and also can change any entry in current financial year between APR-15 to AUG-15, this is something need to be restricted.
