It would be good if there is an option of giving a Customer Rating (Feedback) by the customer .The next bill should not happen until the previous bill feedback is given.(This mandatory option can be controlled from admin privellages) For E.g the customer can give ratings from 1 star to 5 star depending upon his satisfaction level index.This would us also help the management by taking report from the pos data and analyse the customer satisfaction index at the store.

It is a major feature which should be provided by ginesys...or in a case ginesys is unable to make such feature,must give an alternative...

As of now GINESYS is not having any roadmap for the feature. We are keeping the point under further observation and tracking.
