License Manager access should be managed via GINESYS user login

Ginesys User Login Authentication required in License Manager. In absence of this whom so ever is connecting the Ginesys Launch Pad on server is modifying the allocation / logging out the session.

License Expiry Check for Planning Module

Currently, there is no expiry check for planning login even if planning expiry date is already passed. The system should stop the user from logging in.
