License Manager access should be managed via GINESYS user login

Ginesys User Login Authentication required in License Manager. In absence of this whom so ever is connecting the Ginesys Launch Pad on server is modifying the allocation / logging out the session.

    Thanks for the idea, your suggested feature has been released. License manager can now be accessed only by priviledged users.
