License Count Exception in GRC Web Form in case of MS-OO-CM type Sites

As Super Markets do Goods Receive at store level on daily basis for fruits and Vegetables and Other FMCG products, So License count is affected at HO level. Super Markets which have Multi Stores are getting it difficult.
