POS Customer - PAN No. field should accept different format also. Presently a customer from Nepal is not being able to capture PAN in pan no. field as the field is designed for India's PAN format only.

Required Quantity and Rate in sales and distribution D2k form

While taking reports from sales and distribution (Order, Transfer and Invoicing) the quantity and rates are not appearing. Please enable Quantity and Rate in the reports on priority basis. Screen shot attached for your reference

Redemption Token if unadjusted has no visibility

At present there is no option to view (POS + HO) Redemption Token which are pending in due to some reason. Secondly user has no option to rectify this wrong redemption by Void mode with reason or adding Bonus point to Customer account.

At present there is no automated Birthday/Anniversary SMS to Customer from Ginesys.It would be beneficial if SMS shoots to the concerned customer having Birthday/Anniversary in each day.

Fixed amount deduction in Price list

Presently in price list user can specify fixed % deduction from RSP/MRP, need option to deduct fixed amount also. In some product (export) fixed amount is required to be deducted from MRP to derive the distribution price.
