Presently In case of Refund at POS the amount is adjusted in Cash MOP only, but in case of purchase made by Credit card , refund should be given to Credit card only not by cash.
We also raised ticket regarding this issue (Ticket ID 195307). In our case customers paid through card and we refunded them by NEFT but in POS we are bound to show by cash MOP.
We are requested to please update or implement this issue as soon as possible.

It must be available on urgent basis in current version only but more then 6 years passed and this issue is still in under likely to implement only.
SO requesting to Ginesys Developing team please provide in immediate upcoming version.
If giving refund on card it should be on the same card
Giving refund at POS is not a common scenario. However, we are likely to enhance the same in future as per our priorities and goals. We are open to gather additional feedback to track the level of interest within the community. We can easily revisit the status and prioritize it in the future if needed.
