Need to capture Return reason to find the cause of return at POS. It should be HO Managed which will flow to Store. User shall specify the reason from the list.

Thanks for the idea, your suggested feature has been released. Master driven, item return reason can now be selected while accepting returns at POS.

Many customers are waiting for this features. Front end of creating POS return is ready but does have pos level reflections of it.
