Petty Cash modification post settlement

Need an option to modify remarks field in a Petty cash transaction document, even after document date has been settled.

    Modification off all transaction document gets restricted after settlement, and as per the current architecture we cannot allow the same. Considering the requirement, it is unlikely to see this feature in future. However, we will keep this idea open to gather additional feedback to track the level of interest within the community.
