OTP validation required on Loyalty Point Redemption

Loyalty point redemption should be allowed after OTP validation. This will ensure safe and secure point redemption for Loyal customers.

In many cases customer want to know the cause of Point reduction. Now retailers can provide Point earn and burn history but cannot ensure secure point redemption to end customer. This leads to customer dissatisfaction. 

Through OTP based redemption process now retailers can safely claim, that Point redemption can only happen through registered mobile no of Loyalty Member.

    We also need otp to tag customer in the bill

    as many a time cashier tag customer without being customer physially in the store

    This is very important..

    also if u can add permanent password also

    So that customer can validate himself by otp or fixes password

    it would be better
