Presently, local purchase and local purchase return documents cannot be modified once it is authorized/sent to store. Need an option to modify the same even after it is received at store.

This idea already exists in current version of GINESYS.
To modify local procurement document, user need to revert that from Store first, then document can be opened for modification at HO.
