Presently, when credit note is generated against returns, later when this credit note is adjusted in another purchase credit note is being tagged as MOP, hence, no loyalty deductions are made. Due to this double loyalty benefit is earned. Need an option to restrict this.
Product Team
Points earning can be done on the basis of bill value as well as Item value. It has no link whatsoever with mode of payments. So in case of return, the customer should be tagged in return memo as well to reduce the points earned.
Thus this feature shall not get implemented.
