IT is observed that if we receive material against a PO which is prepared on such date which date is END in the system, and the validity of the same is expired and if we want to change the validity then we can not do the same as the day is END, but the scenario is we have to change the validity because we generate PO's for a season at one go that is aprox. 6-7 months prior to the delivery. And we are an IPO co. hence we need to END the days of my last quarter once our results are published. Hence do the needful at the earliest.

Dear Team,
We are waiting for the update on this, please update. Also would like to add that the PO's should be out side of the blocking by Day End, cause we generate PO's at the beginning of the season that is almost 6-7 months earlier the delivery and in between lot many changes happens like changes in rates of raw material changes in taxes and duties due to government rules changes. Hence this has to be out side the day blocking.
