'Purchase Order' Auto Email - Front end option required to mark if auto email required at the time of authorization of modification of PO.

Purchase Order Auto Email -

Need an option that would enable the user to decide whether to send mail to vendor for a particular order while authorizing the PO.
It can be a checkbox option.
Need multi-select privilege for the same.

Reason - An user defined option is required as, with the back end present option, we can either enable or disable sending of modification mail. But client needs a front end option using which he can selectively send mail for new authorized PO as well as modified PO.

As a standard process the mail will go to the vendor upon PO creation. In case the PO is modified a separate email will get fire updating Customer that the PO is modified.
If you want PO specific auto email then as of now the architecture is not designed to support it.
Thus as of now it is unlikely to implement , in case there are more related requirements we shall surely take it up for further analysis.
