SYMPTOM:
Goods Return Challan Wizard module is locking due to some abnormal closing of this module.
SCENARIO:
1) Open Goods Return Challan Wizard
2) Scan some item
3) Close the module from task manager.
4) Module is getting locked.
Resolution:
Need to create User Interface for releasing the module from operation log table.
