Planning - Incorporate Forecasting Data

As a user I want to upload forecast value of sales for a particular date range (average of this value to be stored for each date) so that I can use the same values for each date during Output Generation.

Planning - System Parameters which have date range applicable should have demarkation whether future/past date to be consdiered Merged

In the System parameter which has Date Range selection, need to have a mark whether the parameter will consider future date or past date.
