Before the concept of 'simultaneous resolution of multiple promotion on single item', when an item was scanned in POS window, software displayed the promotion name if any promotion was tagged to the item.
But now, after the simultaneous resolution concept has been introduced, it is not possible to find out all the promotions tagged with the item, once an item is scanned in the POS bill. It is because, depending upon quantity of item(s) in the bill, multiple promotions can be applied. Only after pressing F8, it is possible to find out the promotions applied and thus we can show the promotion name in the POS bill window.
