Item Level CLP Discount Logical Error
In Item Level CLP Discount there is an error if a Customer transacts an Item with a MRP of 1000 and a Loyalty Discount of Rs 1000 on Item Level CLP Discount and then came for a Sales Return the Credit generates is of 0 Amount because the Sale was of 0 Amount.
There needs to be a configurable provision (optional) to allow Return Credit on CLP Discounts too.
So that if a Customer transacts an Item with a MRP of 1000 and a Loyalty Discount of Rs 1000 on Item Level CLP Discount and then came for a Sales Return for a SIZE Issue the Credit generates is of 0 Amount because the Sale was of 0 Amount and Store Manager asks for the diff Amount, such CLP Schemes irritates the Customer and discard the Loyalty SYSTEM.
CLP Amount are earned by the Customer’s on their purchases, Customer should be allowed use the earnings as per his requirements.
Loyalty Point redemption cannot be changed to MOP due to operational reasons.
We do not want to continue adhoc return as this allows to return the Promo discounted items to be returned on MRP.
We require a solution to this.

Logically it the Loyalty Point redemption is configured on Discount Mode this issue will be there. Either you have to change the Loyalty Point Redemption to MOP to handle this situation or make it adhoc return to give Customer full Credit against the Return Item. In this process the respective earned point will also get reversed.
