Customer Information Custom Fields Required - enforce a mandatory option Role dependent for data collection

Dear Sir,

We need to add Age Group in Customer Information Form.

Please find the attached picture where we have marked few fields in red, we need to enforce a mandatory option for these fields.

For Customer Loyalty Program every Company has different prospective of data collection, a role driven filed specific enforcement at POS Level will help is gathering Customer's Data for the detailed customer insights.

We would like if u just add udfield like things to it.

As we have in pos bill.

It will help to store many information that we offen need
