we have 13 lakh barcode database in our store.
but when we search item item in pos system search it very slow.
it just keep on showing loading for about 5 minutes every time.
also suppose if we want to search for style no
"Party were dress"
it automatically start searching for "party"
taking addition time till it complete its previous search.
so
1. stop automatically search ,(search while u type)
2. pls reindex to search it faster.
3. pls also provide advance search option
to search by division,category,mrp

Sir this is a performance related ticket which needs to be diagnosed further to get to exact reason of slowness. You are requested to log a support get & get this validated / rectified.
Once we have through analysis of the issue and feel like actually development is required we shall take up this Idea.
