need npos user policy,max refund amount allowed

in gerenal senario at the pos some time while exchanging the product customer littel amount refude are being happen like.

 

Rs 100 to 5 rupees we need policy,so that we may set 

how much refund cashier can do. instead of weather refund is allowed or not

    i don't under stand crdit note is different as far as as refund , so tell in detail how you will solve the problem with  Credit Note issued otp

    when u have give money refund to the customer 

    so that cashier can refund for maxinum rs 500

    With 11.113.1 Ginesys has released OTP based control with Mandatory Customer tagging in case the Credit Note issued. We hope with this functionality it will help you to solve your operational query/issue.
