Restrict cashier to issue credit note

in retail senario cashier issue credit note by mistalke many time instead of issuing refund.

and adjustment of credit note is mostly locked for a cashier.

pls allow a user right to allow cashier to issue credit note or not

    With 11.113.0 version release Ginesys has released a feature to Make Customer tagging mandatory while issuing a credit note. Thus enabling this feature will eliminate  the Cashier Level mistake.
