At present there is multiple option to item selection option like Quick Scan , Select Item, Alternate Base selection. Also there is option to manually modify the Qty against the scanned item.
Due to this user selects the items without scanning or update the qty without understand that the scanning of all the PCS is very much important to get proper MIS or exact Stock report.
We have seen that the variance report shows +/- in Color wise Stock of a given Design no where as in total there is not difference. Same is the issue with Sized of the same Design No.
On immediate basis need to control DC entry (against Order / Adhoc), GRC, Stock Entry so that we can streamline the Inventory at our end.

Ginesys already have feature to restrict the Item Selection via Profile based option. You are requested to get this implemented so that user would be forced to scan the products only
