User wise Assortment list for passing Misc Issue entry

For MIS Issue entry required an exception item list and in User profile reqired option "ALL or Except Excepttion Items" - an assortment would be provided so that regular items cnt be issued thr MI by general user having right to pass MI

    Dear Sir,

    Also we have required entry restriction in given module:

    1. Misc Issue

    2. Prod / Conversion issue

    Restriction Type is Item Groupwise / Stock Point wise / OU wise
