At present the Description fields in Item Master is being used by different person for updating different values thereby not only making the values inconsistent but there is also a risk of data overwriting making it difficult to track any how.
One of the way to streamline the same is to affix a Prompt for each of the field so that atleast the USER will not overwrite the data inadvertently
In Article Master we found that the Description n Num fields are not added to the master therefore we cannot assign a prompt to it
I would therefore request you to please arrange to add these fields in Article Master
