Currently we dont have any master for Service Order Schedule. Only remarks and UDF can be given in Service Order schedule. Even Rate has to be given manually without any user control.
The requirement is to have a detailed master of Service Order - where Site wise Rate and description can be given. Once we create a service order - then the description along with rate should flow from such master. UDF can be given separately .
1. Add Line Detail in Service Master - Detail Code, Detail Name , Default rate, common for all Sites
2. Add Site wise rate in Service Master Line Detail - for having different rate of same service line item with applicable / effective date.
3. Service Order / Service Invoice - Line Schedule add Service Master detail code .(Migrate previous records with 1 detail code per Service)
