Denomination Applicable flag in POSBillMOP

Currently, we don't store denomination applicable flag in POSBillMOP. But we allow user to change the same even after transaction is done. If there is no flag stored in transaction table, then it becomes difficult to:

  1. Identify if the master is changed or there is a bug.
  2. Reporting query gets complex.
