Currently, we are having MOP modification option in various forms/modules individually but according to him, when settlement is being done, discrepancy is reported. If we have a common UI for such modification, then it will help the manager to modify the transactions.

Giving MOP modification of one transaction from two different places is not required. On settlement, difference in MOP is not very common, so present option is not that much difficult. Sometimes its not about MOP change but also many thing like sales person/Customer etc. So just giving MOP from one place might not suffice the entire need.
