Ginesys CRM Added Features

Dear Ginesys Team, 

We need a proper CRM Program, THE INTENT of loyalty program is to increase sales and not sending SMS and E-mail, it is basic service, it can be only increase once we go with detail analysis so that we can come to know the 

> Most Loyal Customer 

> One Time Visitors

> Frequent  Visitors 

Now as the customer we need to create the SMS and shoot the same as per their category they fall in,

ABOVE IS THE SMALL EXAMPLE OF LOYALTY.  

2) Easy Rewards has a huge problems, Points are issued double time to maximum all of the customer, it should happen we need that kind of CRM

 

APART FROM THIS BELOW IS THE MAIN OPERATIONAL PART OF LOYALTY PROGRAM 

 

3) On Goods Return - the points should get reverse effect

4) Points should be redeemed to debit bill customer while completing the final payment only, redemption should not be possible in advance payment

 

5) THE BIG ADVANTAGE GINESYS HAS IS, IT HAS INVENTORY WITH IT, SO AUTO SMS TO CUSTOMER ON THEIR BRANDS BOUGH IN LAST BILL SHOULD BE SENT, - IT CAN BE AUTO OR MANUAL 

6) CUSTOMER SHOULD GET - HALF BENEFIT OF POINTS DURING END OF SEASON SALE, PROMOTIONAL CODE FOR BIRTHDAY 

7) MULTIPLE POINTS NEEDED AND NOT FLAT LOYALTY - IT WILL REDUCED THE EXPENSE INCURRED BY CO, ON CUSTOMER 

8) Daily Store to Store - & Entire Co's Reporting System Should be as below 

> No. Of Bills Created - 25

> No. Of Bills with already existing Customer  - 10

> No. Of Bills with new enrolled Customer - 5 

> No. Of Bills created without loyalty program - 10

> SO Loyalty sales % is 40%

> No. Of Points Redeem

> No. Of Points Earned by New Customer

 

Same Reporting should be On Daily, Bi- Weekly, Weekly, Bi-Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Every 6 Months, Yearly Needed to be sent to Customer from Ginesys  - THIS ARE STANDARD REPORTING FORMAT FOR ANY LOYALTY CO.

    Let us clear our stand in GINESYS CRM.

    Due to continuous evolution in CRM in last few years, most of the retailers trusts on specialized CRM vendors. It's a hosted service in Cloud which eventually help retailers to minimize their 24X7 CRM infrastructure costs (must have for CRM solution). 

    We are working continuously with EasyRewards to offer best of the solution to our Customers.

    If you have any concern about 'EasyRewardz' in respect to features and offerings then please talk with your GINESYS Account Manager in details.

    So GINESYS CRM is not our priority right now.
