Autoupdate thru patch downloaders in ginesys v12

in ginesys v11 and v10 there was facility of patch downloader that help to fast the task of updating the pos.and ho

pls incoprate the same.

now if sometime we have error updating the software.
autoupdate redownload the entire patch again and again

    As per our present architecture it is not possible to download loose patch set for GINESYS update. We have no plan or priority to enable this feature in future.
