It is not possible to capture information with additional device attached to POS terminal. What you expect could be managed with mobile app designed to capture customer information. Presently GINESYS have no plan in future to develop any mobile app for this purpose. We recommend to implement Easyrewardz which already have an integrated mobile app for this purpose and integrated with GINESYS as well.
