Scenario:

1. Section "SHIRT" was defined in an assortment with factor as 10%.
2. After a few days, a new assortment was defined with section as "SHIRT" and department as "FULL-SHIRT" with factor as 20%.

Now the system is picking up the factor 10% on scanning any shirt since the system picks the first assortment defined for the item scanned (considering the date range applicability).

Problem: Logically when we define any new assortment at the end, the system should give preference to the assortment defined at last rather than assortment defined previously.

Note: We do goods return from store based on price list as well, so there should be same concept in both end.
