Currently, in the Print Barcode Label feature, there is no option to view a list of batch information when scanning an item barcode. This issue arises when printing barcodes for branded items where the item barcode may be damaged or destroyed during transit. In such cases, users scan the item barcode in the Print Barcode Label module and affix it to the item manually. However, since the batch information stay only in the system and not on the physical item, users encounter a challenge when prompted to select a batch number for barcode printing. There is no way for the user to identify the correct batch number due to the absence of batch details with the physical item.
