Currently, when all available licenses are in use and another user attempts to log into the application, the session of an existing logged-in user must be terminated. This results in the logged-in user being logged out, causing the loss of any ongoing operations. We need an option to impose restrictions on terminating user sessions, ensuring that specific users are not logged out while they are performing important operations.
