The default document series for Purchase Return invoice should be less than 16 characters, as it currently consists of 18 characters.
This will be beneficial for customers like Globus, who are integrated with Ease My GST and generate e-invoices and e-way bills.
This is because 18-character invoices are not accepted on the e-invoice and e-way bill portal."
