Use Case
Currently Customer were using Ginesys Loyalty and having more then 1 lac loyalty card
Going forward, they have plan to integrate with EasyRewards for Loyalty benefit
Hence, they want to discontinue with the ginesys loyalty cards
How to discontinue?
There is no option in Ginesys to deallocate cards from the sites
So guided the client to set the expiry against each card from the POS customer form (This is a manual process)
Current Challenge
It is not manually possible to set expiry for all card one by one, so client has raised a ticket for bulk update
Observation and Gap finding
The Ginesys system allows for bulk allocation of loyalty cards through an Excel import feature.
However, updating expiry dates of loyalty cards in bulk is not possible through this method.
Requirement: A bulk update option is required to make the process fast and easy
