Our web DB is involved for the following activities:

1. Data Exchange between Store & HO
2. Inter-store Credit Note
3. GV Redemption
4. Customer Database
5. Store Setup

Few data gets absolute after few months/years. For example, data exchange done a year back is not required in web. Credit note issued/adjusted a year back is not needed to be there in web. Since all these information are already available at HO end. This will reduce the database size, increase performance and help in cost reduction for the clients and for GINESYS it will help in maintaining database (if we provide the web database service).
