Problem Statement:-
No option to close the Working plan from the front end.
Observation
Previously in the D2k system, there was a feature to close a working plan when the pending quantity and ATF were zero.
However, in the web version, this feature is no longer available.
As a workaround, the Client currently closes all working plans with zero pending quantity from the backend.
Now, they don't want to continue closing plans from the backend due to audit trail concerns.
Instead, they want a similar option in the web version to close working plans, but only those where the pending quantity/ATF is less than 1.
This requirement is logical also.
