POS Management | Allow GRT Revert from HO when IRN cancelled from POS

HO → POS Management → Operations → Goods Return from Site → Revert

Problem Statement:

There was a deadlock to revert GRT from HO, for the GRT’s whose IRN was cancelled in POS, because events from POS to HO could not be synced for cancel IRN. This was due to a validation in HO that GRT’s having IRN values in database cannot be reverted.
