In case of category like furniture, electronic, make to measure apparels etc where the stock is not kept in the store but order is take from the customer but billing & delivery is done later. In this kind of retail formats if there any promotion is running at the retail stores the customer books the items and makes the partial / full payment, in this case user should have option to mention discount in POS order or edit rate at the time of making POS order and when he makes the cash memo against this POS order then the rate should be populated from that POS order only and promotion should not be applied in this cash memo.
