We are booking the same service invoice details (near bout 120 to 150 ) for same vendor with different invoice number in every month, but without copy the same we have book the all invoice one by one manually.
So that one of our employees is busy every day for this job only.

Based on our last conversation, I understand that you use the same travel agency for all employees, including the director, resulting in around 100-120 bills each month. Creating service invoices adhoc is time-consuming because you can't copy previous details in the procurement form and have to enter them one by one.
However, we have an Excel import option for "Purchase Service Invoice [Adhoc]," which can significantly reduce the manual process. Please acknowledge this as we tried to contact you at 7877930603 but didn't receive a response, so we are marking this idea as already existing.
