For example we have make hold bill 20 customer thereafter 3 customer come and told make the bill print cashier when recall hold bill there showing three hold bill same amount at this time cashier unable to search which hold bill actual of customer if qty show the cashier count qty and easily search hold bill of these customer and hold bill print option no any use.
We already have a hold bill printing option for this requirement. Please issue a printout to the customer with all the item details and once he returns, use the hold bill no. to retrieve the held bill. Given the solution for your problem already exists, we will not be implementing this feature. Thanks for your understanding.
