Customer email id mandatory in billing time not showing master policy

Dear Team,

Kindly provide the solution next release.Old ticket no-226723 new ticket no-246625

note- Already customer email id entered auto not capture and asking again customer email id mandatory. At the time customer asking I have already given to you EMAIL ID then why are you asking again. Its very big challenges for sale staff. Please provide the fix solution.

    yes need facility on master role policy.

    So the requirement is to capture the email of the POS customer while creation. And you want a master/role policy to control this?
