Permission Control for IRN Cancel option for POS

Hi,

This is noticed that, there is no option defined under role or role policy to control the IRN cancelation, this would be useful since we may avoid cancelations.

Required Rights to disable Cancel IRN at POS Merged

Dear Team, Once IRN generated at POS user mistakenly clicking on the cancel IRN button need to disable the rights to cancel the IRN for POS users.
