Allow to select promotion in case of multiple promo in a store specific use case

Hello Team,

We have created the multiple promotion for a specific store and we need to apply and select the promotion from the list to the selected customer at the time of billing. we have the option to view the promotion list but not able to apply the selected promotion please take this issue on priority and help us to proceed.
