It gets confusing to find the particular menu and We still keep on searching for various things under menu. There should be a global search to start with if it can just search the menu option and on click take us to that page it will be great. Later on if it can search GRC documents or any documents. I had seen demo of Oracle Netsuite and it has one of the best global search option in ERP.
