When we visit Reliance trends or central for that matter i see that they give a coupon printout along with the POS bill as it is faster as the print out is fast and all the customer details are tagged accordingly by the software so there is very minimum chances of error and a customer gets a hard copy aswell which he can use it any time he wants. It is a much easier process rather than issuing a hard copy from another Coupon book where we have to jot down the customer details and have to make the customer wait for the coupon till all the deatils are Jotted down.
So it would be a great win win for both Ginesys and Retailer if this idea is implemeneted.
