Need to make Miscellaneous Issue/Receive to be profile based

Need an option to restrict the user from making miscellaneous entries with the help of profile setting.

    Thanks for the idea, your suggested feature has been released. Operator can now be restricted from creating miscellaneous issue/receive, with the help of profile setting.
