we want to apply below promo :
On Purchase of Rs. 3995/- we are offering a PORTABLE DUFFLE BAG worth Rs 1999 at Rs. 99/- only
On Purchase of Rs.3995/- We are offering a (SLING BAG) worth Rs.1999 at Rs.149/- only
On Purchase of Rs. 4495/- we are offering a BACK PACK worth Rs 2999 at Rs. 99/- only
On Purchase of Rs.6995/- We are offering a Laptop BAG worth Rs.4999 at Rs.299/- only
Please suggest the same how apply the same. Currently these offers system not pick.

While applying Bill lebel promotion, that time promotions are working only at RSP, not on the basis of Net Price (RSP - Discount) Merged
