If the stock is not inward(GRC) within 10 days from the date of receipt of the file to the store, an automatic alert will be raised.

Goods transit time varies from location to location and thus providing such alert mechanism based on Invoiced + 10 days might not yield proper results. We cannot do any such change in the system.
Still in case required, you can create a web report with such criteria and schedule the same. You will get an email if any such record is found in the system.
The alert trigger can be from the date of Gate entry to date of GRC. That is off GRC is not done within 10 days or “X” days of gate entry then Alert to be given.
